鱼骨状分支水平井井壁稳定性分析

摘要 鱼骨状分支井连接井段的井壁稳定性是保证鱼骨状分支水平井成功的关键,研究结果表明,随着主井眼与分支井眼方位夹角的增大,破坏深度是逐渐减小的,而随着造斜半径的增加,破坏深度是增大的; 随着分支井眼井斜角的增大,破坏深度逐渐减小,随着主井眼与分支井眼方位夹角的增加,破坏深度的降低程度变缓,当分支井眼井斜角是 90°时,破坏深度的降低程度显著; 当主井眼与分支井眼方位夹角接近 90°时,井眼连接井段破坏宽度值最小,表明在这个方向钻进时,对分支井眼造成的破坏最低,即井眼连接井段是最稳定的。 Stability of the well face in the connected section of boreholes was the key to the success of fish- bone horizontal well. The results showed that the failure depth decreased gradually with the in- crease of the included angle between the main and the branch boreholes and the failure depth increased with the increase of the curvature diameter; that with the increase of the inclined angle of the branch boreholes, the failure depth decreased gradually. With the increase of the included angle between the main and branch borehole, the decrease of failure depth slowed down. When the inclined angle of branch borehole was 90o, the failure depth decreased obviously. When the included angle of the main and branch boreholes was near 90~, the width value of the failure within the connected section of boreholes reached the minimum, which indicated when drilling in this direction, the failure of branch borehole was minimum, which indicated that the failure resuhed from the branch borehole was minimum in this direc- tion in drilling, i. e. , the connected section of borehole was the most stable.
