摘要
目的:比较针灸治疗与口服中药治疗更年期综合征的疗效差异。方法:将93例患者随机分为治疗组53例和对照组40例。治疗组采用针灸治疗,对照组采用中药口服,15 d为1疗程,2疗程后进行疗效观察。结果:治疗组有效率为94.34%,对照组有效率为75.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针灸治疗更年期综合征明显优于中药治疗。
Objective ：To compare the curative effect of acupuncture treatment and oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of climacteric syndrome. Methods：93 eases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. 53 patients in the treatment group were given acupuncture treatment and 40 cases in control group were given oral medicine, 15 d as a period of treatment. Observe after 2 cour- ses of treatment. Results ： The effective rate was 94.34% in treatment group and 75.00% in control group, the difference was statistical- ly significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment is obviously superior to traditional Chinese medicine for climacteric syn- drome.
