摘要
目的:观察益气养阴活血化痰中药治疗2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:108例2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组52例和治疗组56例。对照组采用西药常规治疗的基础上加依达拉奉;治疗组56例在西药常规治疗的基础上加益气养阴活血化痰中药,1剂.d-1,水煎服。两组均以14 d为1疗程,1疗程结束评定疗效。结果:两组治疗后神经功能缺损积分和中医证候积分及日常生活能力评定结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴活血化痰中药治疗2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死有显著的治疗效果。
Objective： Observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxie Huatan medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral in- farction caused by type 2 diabetes. Methods.108 cases with acute cerebral infarction caused by type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into 52 cases of control group and 56 cases of treatment group. The control group was given Edaravone based on conventional western medicine. 56 cases in treatment group were given Yiqi Yangyin Huoxie Huatan medicine based on conventional western medicine, de- eocted in water for oral close and 1 agent/d. 14 d as one course of treatment, evaluate efficacy after treatment. Results ： Compare the neu- rologic impairment,TCM syndrome and activities of daily living, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion：Yiqi Yangyin Huoxie Huatan medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction caused by type 2 diabetes has significant treatment effect.
