摘要
目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定丹参口服液中丹参素、原儿茶醛含量的测定方法。方法:采用HYPERSIL ODS2(4.6mm×200.0 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸(1:7),检测波长:280 nm。结果:丹参素的线性范围为:0.952 6~2.222 6μg,原儿茶醛的线性范围为:0.078 7~0.183 7μg;加样回收率:丹参素为99.84%,RSD为0.95%(n=5),原儿茶醛为99.91%,RSD为2.17%(n=5)。结论:高效液相色谱法操作简便、准确、重现性好,便于控制产品质量。
Objective:To establish assay method for the determination of propanoid acid and protocatechualdehyde in Salvia miltiorrhiza oral liquid by HPLC. Methods:Use HYPERSIL ODS2 (4.6 mm×200.0 mm,5μm) column as chromatographic column and a mixture of methanol and 1% acetic acid( 1 : 7 ) as mobile phase. As detector a spectrophotometer set at 280 nm. Results:Linear range of pro- panoid acid :0.952 6 - 2. 222 6μg. Linear range of protocatechualdehyde :0.078 7 - 0. 183 7μg. Spotting coefficient of recovery of pro- panoid acid is 99.84% and RSD is 0.95% (n = 5 ), protocatechualdehyde is 99.91% and 2.17% (n = 5 ) separately. Conclusion: HPLC method is simple, accurate,reproducible and easy to control the quality of products.
