摘要
自2009新医改实施以来,由于国家加大基层医疗机构建设,社区卫生服务机构销售基本药物施行零差率,基本药物中的独家品种试行国家统一定价,我国药品零售企业竞争压力日趋加大。本文重点分析了新医改实施以来我国药品零售企业陷入困境的原因,针对这些原因提出了发展零售企业的相应对策。
Since the implementation of the new health care reform in 2009, the state has increased the construction of primary health care institutions and community health service institutions were requested to sell essential drugs with zero slip. The exclu- sive varieties in essential drugs were sold according to the national uniform pricing policy. The competitive pressure of pharmaceu- tical retail enterprises was increasingly critical. This article mainly analyzed the reasons to run into a predicament of pharmaceuti- cal retail enterprises since the implementation of the new medical reform, and raised countermeasures for the development of retail enterprises according to these reasons.
