布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对支气管哮喘急性加重患者肿瘤坏死因子-α和超敏C-反应蛋白的影响 被引量:21

摘要 目的探索联合应用布地奈德与沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对支气管哮喘急性加重患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选取支气管哮喘急性加重患者共137例,观察组(86例)给予布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入,对照组(51例)单独给予沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,所有患者均给予化痰止咳抗炎等常规治疗。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为89.5%和70.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清TNF-α和hs-CRP水平均有明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组血清TNF-α和hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇较单一使用沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘对血清TNF-α和hs-CRP水平的影响更明显,效果更优,可作为临床治疗参考。 Objective investigate and salbutamol inhalation on levels of patients' serum TNF-and hs-CPR of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 137 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were included. 86 patients were in the observation group treated with budesonide and salbutamol inhalation conbined,while 51 patients were in the control group treated with inhalation of salbutamol only. All patients were given anti-inflammatory treatment and Huatanzhike therapies. Results The total effective rate of the observation group( 89.5% ) was higher than that of the control group(70.6% ) ( P 〈0. 05 ) ; Levels of TNF-a and hs-CRP after treatment of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the two groups before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; And levels of serum TNF-a and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Comparing with using salbutamol alone, combination of budesonide and salbutamol inhalation reduced more serum TNF-a and hs-CRP levels, this implicated that the combined therapy was more effective to improve asthma acute exacerbations and wor-thy of clinical application.
