摘要
在大型四角切向燃烧锅炉中 ,从四角燃烧器喷口喷出的射流总是要不可避免地偏离其设计方向 ,射流偏转的根本原因是由于射流两侧存在静压差 ,而射流的卷吸作用是射流两侧产生静压差的根源。本文根据射流的卷吸性质 ,运用理论分析的方法 ,计算出了燃烧器喷口射流两侧的静压差Δps,并找出影响压差Δps 的因素 ;计算出Δps 与射流流速u2 的关系 。
In the tangentially fired furnace of large capacity boilers,the burner jet always deflects its designed direction inevitably.The fundament reason resulting to jet deflection is that pressure difference on the both sides of the jet ΔP s exist,and it is generally accepted that the entrainment of jet leads to the product of pressure difference.In this paper pressure diffrence on the both sides of the jet ΔP s was calculated by the method of theoretical,the relation between ΔP s and jet velocity U 2 was obtained.
