摘要
以减少温室气体的排放,维持人类可持续发展为目的,分析并总结当前低碳环境下食品包装设计的特点和导向。同时根据系统化设计观点,论述了食品包装设计存在非普适性和非全面性问题。在此基础上通过对食品包装层级化、类别化的分析与归纳,结合生命周期理论,查找包装设计要点所在,进一步提出食品包装的优化模式及优化过程。
To reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases and maintain the sustainable development of mankind,it analyzed the characteristic and the development trend of food packaging design in low-carbon environment.According to the system design point of view,it discussed that the food packaging design existed some problems on non universal and comprehensive.Through the combinatory analysis on the life cycle,the hierarchical structure and category of the food packaging,it analyzed and induced the key of packing design.Thus it proposed food packaging design for the optimization model and optimization process.
