摘要 建立了滤纸制样,以锰作内标,X射线荧光光谱测定钆镁合金中主量元素的方法。准确度与精密度良好。方法操作简单、方便、快速。 A method for the determination of Gd-Mg alloy by filter paper technique X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is described in this paper.The method is simple,reliable and efficient.
