摘要
在法制现代化的当下中国,高校对法制教育承担着不可推卸的责任,然而在目前的高校法制教育中,却存在着诸多的问题,以至在校学生的违法犯罪事件不断发生。通过分析高校目前法制教育存在的问题及其原因,探讨解决的对策。
In the modernization of legal system in China,colleges bear can not shirk responsibility,however,in the present legal education in universities,but there are many problems,and students of the school of criminal incidents continue to occur.This paper attempts to analyze the legal education of University at present existing problems and their causes,explores the countermeasures and strategies.
