大学生诚信的影响因素分析——基于结构方程模型的实证 被引量:9

Analysis of the Factors that Influence Undergraduates’Integrity——An Empirical Study Based on Structural Equation Modeling

摘要 通过对山东省23所高校1600余名在校大学生(含一年级硕士研究生)进行问卷调查,利用因子分析确定了校内利益分配、个人期望、社会环境、网络环境和恋爱5个因子,构建了影响大学生诚信的结构方程模型(SEM),并验证了上述各因子对大学生诚信的影响及其各因子之间的作用路径。研究结果表明,个人期望与大学生诚信之间正相关是显著的,社会环境和恋爱与大学生诚信之间负相关是显著的,而校内利益分配和网络环境对大学生诚信影响不显著,但是网络环境通过恋爱因素间接影响大学生诚信。在此基础上,对进一步加强大学生诚信教育提出了可行的建议。 Through the survey of 1602 undergraduates from 23 universities in Shandong Province,five main factors are selected as the common influencing factors of undergraduates’integrity by factor analysis,such as distribution of benefits in university,individual expectation,social environment,network environment and love.The structural equation model(SEM) of the influencing factors of integrity is established to test the influencing paths among undergraduates’integrity and its common influencing factors.The results show that:(1) individual expectation factor and integrity have a significantly positive correlation;(2) social environment factor and love factor have a significantly negative correlation;(3) distribution of benefits in university factor and network environment factor are not significantly correlated,but network environment factor can influence integrity through love factor.Some advices are put forward to improve the integrity education for undergraduates.
