摘要
乙型肝炎是发病率较高的传染病，长期以来临床上检测乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）的感染情况和判断肝细胞损伤情况主要依靠传统的HBV血清标志物和肝功能。近年来随着对乙肝病毒表面大蛋白（LHBs）研究的深入，人们逐渐认识到LHBs的重要性。LHBs存在于HBV颗粒上，由表面抗原基因编码，在内质网上形成，通过高尔基体分泌。LHBs在HBV的感染和复制方面起重要的作用，LHBs还可以引起肝细胞凋亡，检测LHBs可以反应肝细胞损伤的程度，更重要的是LHBs有促发肝癌的能力，尤其是突变的LHBs，LHBs引起肝癌的机制也为临床上预防和治疗肝癌提供了新的思路。因此，LHBs的检测在临床上应该得到重视。
Hepatitis B is a higher incidence of infectious diseases, for a long time, clinical testing for hepatitis b virus （HBV） infection and judgment liver ceils damage rely mainly on the traditional HBV serum markers and liver function. In recent years, alongwith the in-depth study of the hepatitis b virus large surface protein （LHBs）, people come to realize the importance of LHBs. LHBs exists in HBV particles, encoded by the surface antigen gene, synthesized in endoplasmie reticulum, secreted through the golgi apparatus. LHBs plays an important role in HBV infection and replication, LHBs also can cause liver cell apoptosis, LHBs＇assay can react the level of the liver cell damage, what＇s more, LHBs can lead to hepatoma, especially mutational LHBs, the mechanism of LHBs causing hepatoma provides new ideas for the prevention and treatment of hepatoma in clinical. Therefore, LHBs detection in should get more attentions in clinical.
