摘要
目的评价厄他培南治疗呼吸道感染的有效性和安全性。方法收集医院113例呼吸道感染住院患者使用厄他培南治疗的疗效分析。结果 113例患者痊愈82例、显效22例、好转5例、无效4例,临床治疗总有效率92.04%;痰培养检出阳性率28.17%,血培养检出阳性率9.68%,治疗后总细菌清除率为100.00%;治疗前肝功能异常8例、肾功能异常5例,治疗后肝功能5例恢复正常、3例好转;肾功能1例恢复正常、4例好转,其余病例治疗前后肝肾功能均正常;神经系统不良反应3例,占2.65%。结论厄他培南治疗呼吸道感染疗效确切,适宜中重症感染,安全、有效,为临床提供了理想的抗细菌感染治疗药物选择之一。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ertapenem in the treatment of respiratory tract infections. METHODS A total of 113 hospitalized patients with respiratory tract infections were collected as the study obiects, the clinical efficacies of ertapenem in treatment of those patients were observed. RESULTS Among the 113 patients, 82 cases recovered, 22 patients were effective, 5 cases got improved, and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 92. 04%. The positive rate of the sputum culture bacteria was 28.17%, the positive rate of the blood culture bacteria was 9.68%, the total bacterial clearance rate was 100.00% after the treatment. There were 8 cases with dysfunction of liver and 5 cases with renal dysfunction before the treatment. After the treatment, 5 liver dysfunction patients returned to he normal. 3 liver dysfunction patients had an improvement. 1 renal dysfunction patient returned to he normal,4 cases With renal dysfunction also had an improvement. The liver and kidney function of the rest of the eases was normal before and after treatment. There were 3 （2.65%） cases with the adverse reaction in the nervous system. CONCLUSION Ertapenen has an excellent curative effect on the treatment of respiratory tract infections and is safe and effective for the treatment of severe infections, which can he used as an ideal antibiotic for the clinical treatment of bacterial infections.
