摘要 设计了系列成分的Al-Mg-Zn三元合金,采用大气造渣保护熔炼技术制备了Al-Mg-Zn合金铸锭,进行了电化学性能测试和阳极保护试验,建立了Al-Mg-Zn三元合金自腐蚀电位-成分图。发现AlxMgyZn1-xy-合金当x=0.2~0.6,y=0~0.4时,具有较低的自腐蚀电位和自腐蚀电流密度,分别为-1.03~-1.25V(vs.SCE)和8.7×10-7~5.01×10-5 A/cm2;同时,Al0.2Mg0.2Zn0.6和Al0.6Mg0.2Zn0.2合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中对Q235钢具有良好的保护作用。 A series of Al-Mg-Zn alloys were prepared by flux melting in the atmosphere. The as-prepared alloys were investigated by electrochemical performance testing and anodic protection experiment. Al-Mg-Zn electrode potential-component ternary plot was established. The results show that when x and y were equal to 0.2-0. 6 and 0-0.4 respectively, the corrosion current density and free corrosion potential of alloys were very low, Ecorr was between -1.03 Vand -1.25 V(vs. SCE), Jcorr was between 8. 7×10^-7 A/cm^2 and 5. 01×10^-5 A/cm^2. At the same time, Al0. 2 Mg0. 2 Zn0. 6 and Al0. 6 Mg0. 2 Zno. 2 alloys had a good protective effect for Q235 steel in the solution of 3.50% NaCl.
