摘要 根据黏弹性理论,建立适合填充改性PTFE复合材料的蠕变松弛理论模型,通过数学方法推导其蠕变方程,利用蠕变方程进行蠕变曲线的拟合分析,并将计算结果与实验数据进行比较。结果表明:所建立的理论模型能够较好地表征PTFE复合材料的蠕变松弛特性,可用于预测材料的长时间力学行为及使用寿命;纤维的填充改性能够明显提高PTFE材料的高弹模量,延长高弹变形平均推迟时间,从而明显改善材料的抗蠕变性能。 The creep relaxation model was established for filled and modified PTFE sealing composite materials accord- ing to viscoelasticity theory, and its creep equation was deduced. Fitting analysis of creep curves based on the creep equa- tion was made, and the calculated results compared with the experimental data. The results indicate that this creep relaxa- tion model could represent properly the creep relaxation characteristics of PTFE composite materials, and forecast longtime mechanics behavior and working life. The filling modification by fiber could improve creep resistance property of materials apparently by increasing the high elastic modulus and extendin~ hizh elastic deformation average delay time.
