摘要
目的提高血液净化中心医院感染管理意识,加大医院感染控制措施,减少医院感染的发生率。方法对10所二级以上综合医院血液净化中心医院感染的管理现状进行调查分析,找出存在的问题,提出管理策略。结果血液净化中心普遍存在医院感染制度不健全,预防控制意识不强,对预防和控制医院感染的工作措施落实不到位,如布局不合理、操作流程不规范、专科管理不善、监督考核不落实等问题。结论建立健全医院感染控制制度、提高医院感染管理意识、落实医院感染控制措施、建立督查及考核制度等,对血液净化中心医院感染的预防和控制具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To enhance the management consciousness and the control measures for nosocomial infections in blood purification centers,so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.METHODS The corresponding management measures were put forward and the exiting problems were find out based on the investigation of the current situation of management of nosocomial infections in blood purification centers of 10 grade-two or above general hospitals.RESULTS The imperfect management system of nosocomial infections,lack of operation rules and regulations,and the unsound management consciousness,the inappropriate layout and operation flow,poor special management,and without implementing the supervision and assessment were the common problems existing in the blood purification centers.CONCLUSION It is important to develop the perfect management measures and operation regulations,improve the consciousness of the management of nosocomial infections,and establish supervision and assessment system,which has great significance in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections in blood purification centers.
