摘要
医学检验临床实习教育不同于理论教育,培养创新型医学检验人才,需要建立新的临床实习教学模式。本文通过对医学检验临床带教的总结,针对该专业的时代发展特点,探索恰当运用与整合多种教学模式教学,采用师生相互的教学评估方法,提高实习教学效率,使教师自身素质得到提高,充分发挥实习教学在培养学生创新精神和实践能力方面所起的作用。
