国产与进口ICP-OES仪器检测遥控按键中Cd和Pb的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对遥控按键中的镉(Cd)和铅(Pb),使用HNO3和H2O2经微波溶解过滤后,分别使用国产和进口的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)进行检测。结果表明,两种仪器的检测结果相近,白色和蓝色按键中镉的检出结果相差不大于4ppm,而橙色按键中铅的检出结果相差小于6.2%。通过比对进口与国产ICP-OES的检测情况,简要地说明了使用ICP-OES检测塑胶遥控按键中Cd和Pb的一般方法及步骤,并为相关检测单位和人员根据不同需求选择不同仪器提供了参考。 Cd and Pb in the remote control button are dissolved by HNO3 and H2O2 with microwave instrument,then the solutions are filtered and detected by domestic and imported Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometer(ICP) respectively.The results show that the two instruments have the similar detection conclusion,The detection deviation of Cd are less than 3ppm between two instruments in white and blue buttons,while the detection deviation of Pb is less than 6.2% in orange button.For sum up,we briefly describes the detection of Cd and Pb by ICP-OES in plastic remote control button of RoHS index,and provides a reference of selecting corresponding instruments according the different needs for related detection unit.
