摘要
7828音叉式密度变送器由MOBREY公司生产,用于在线测量稳定工况下介质的密度。实际应用中,绝大部分的工况为复杂的、非稳定的工况,密度变送器测量值与介质实际密度差别很大,无法满足工程测量要求。本文通过使用分段线性逼近法,标定在复杂工况下7828音叉式密度仪,并在田湾核电站一回路冷却剂蒸馏系统中取得较好的应用效果,对核电工程的其他系统,在复杂工况下准确地运用7828密度仪,具有良好的指导意义。
7828 tunng fork density transducer was made by MOBREY Company; it is used for measuring the medium density under the stable condition. During the practical application, the medium is under unstable and complicated condition in most cases, the density measured by the transducer has big difference with the practicaldensity, and thus it can not meet the measurement requirement. This essay accomplishes calibration of 7828 tuning fork density transducer under complicated working condition through subsection linear approximation method, and gained effective result on the first circuit refrigerant distillation system of TIAN WAN NUCLEAR POWER STATION. It has guiding significance for application of 7828 tuning fork density transducer in the future under complicated working condition in other systems of the nuclear power project.
