摘要
在河南省开展的煤炭企业资源整合中,永锦能源结合自身实际,开拓创新,在没有设立单独的兼并重组煤矿区域管理公司的基础上,依托原有企业管理资源,实现了对兼并重组煤矿的有效管控,具有一定的示范意义,值得其他企业借鉴和推广。
