摘要
目的探讨右半结肠癌因阑尾炎误诊、漏诊原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析我科2000年1月至2012年1月间因阑尾炎而误诊、漏诊的患者的右半结肠癌患者24例的临床诊治资料。结果 16例患者在阑尾炎手术中诊断右半结肠癌;5例被误诊为阑尾炎性包块而保守治疗,后经确诊右半结肠癌方手术治疗;3例术后复诊时确诊右半结肠癌并再次手术。结论右半结肠癌并存阑尾炎容易发生误诊、漏诊。术前要详细询问病史和仔细检查,术中注意探查,术后随访,避免右半结肠癌误诊和漏诊。
Objective To discuss the reasonof the right colon cancer was misdiagnosed as appendicitis and how to avoid it. Methods From January 2000 to January 2012, 24 cases of the right colon cancer was misdi- agnosed as appendicitis, were analyzed retrospectively. Results 16 cases were diagnosed as right colon cancer correctly during the operation of appendectomy. 5 cases were given conservative treatment before they were diagnosed correctly. 3 cases were diagnosed correctly after the operation of appendectomy and given right hermicolectomy. Conclusion In order to prevent the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of the right colon cancer, we should get history of illness in detail and make physical examination carefully to pa- tients, and the patients should be given careful exploration in the ope.ration and should follow up after oper- ation.
