摘要 文中以C8051F单片机为核心,采用称重传感器和速度传感器作为测量单元,设计了一种矿用电子皮带秤。在主板的处理电路上实现了对输入信号的滤波和放大功能,并且采用24位A/D采样芯片对其采样;软件上对采集到的数据进行数据处理得到皮带速度及传输重物的质量,并且完成键盘扫描和显示程序的处理程序,同时可以对外部的各种影响采用非线性方式校正。系统具有工作性能稳定,采样精度高,测量误差低等特点,能适用于矿井采煤流量的计量要求。 A electronic belt weigher in coal mines was designed,using C8051F microcomputer as the core of control system,weighting sensor and speed sensor sever as measurement element.The functions of amplification and filtering of input signal were realized in processing circuit on the main board,and used 24-bits ADC sample chips to its sampling.It can get the belt speed and the weight of heavy loads transfer,and the handler for keyboard scanning and display program is completed,while the technology of error nonlinear calibrate of the external various effects.The system has the feature of stabled work performance,high precision of sampling,low measurement error,can apply to mine coal flow measurement requirements.
