摘要
采用水解沉淀法从钪的反萃富集物产品中分离钪钛锆,可实现钪与绝大部分钛、锆的分离。研究发现以硫酸铵作为改性剂,可明显改善水解溶液的过滤性能。在硫酸铵用量为0.7 g/100 mL,溶液pH值为1.0,水解温度100℃,水解时间1.5 h的优化试验条件下,钛、锆的去除率可达99.56%、99.80%,钪回收率可达86.57%,成功的实现了钪与钛锆的分离,为制备高纯氧化钪创造了有利条件。
The separation of scandium from the vast majority of titanium and zirconium can be achieved by separating scandium, titanium and zirconium in back-extraction enrichment products of scandium with hydrolysis precipitation method. The research found that the filtration capability of hydrolysis solution can be significantly improved by using NH4SO4 as modifier. Under the optimal conditions including NH4SO4 dosage of 0. 7 g/100 mL, solution pH of 1.0, hydrolytic temperature of 100℃ and hydrolytic time of 1.5 h, the removal rates of titanium and zirconium can be up to 99.56% and 99. 80% respectively, and the recovery of scandium can reach 86.57%. The separation of scandium from titanium and zirconium was successfully achieved, which has created advantageous conditions for producing high-purity scandium oxide.
