摘要
针对某企业选矿厂原矿含碳高,铅低锌高,铅锌氧化率高,在碳干扰下,碳吸附药剂消耗大,混合浮选技术指标低,提出了该类矿石的低碱矿浆优先浮选及局部工艺流程改进新工艺,选矿厂的扩大试验证明:采用该工艺进行生产,不仅精矿质量和回收率比原工艺有了显著提高,有效解决了混合浮选指标低的技术难题,具有适应性强,药剂消耗低,节能效果显著,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,为开发利用含碳铅锌多金属矿石提供了可靠的技术工艺资料。
A high carbon - bearing lead - zinc raw ore in a beneficiation plant is of high zinc and low lead content, and high ox- idation ratio of lead and zinc, under the interference from carbon, the reagents consumption resulted from carbon absorption is very high, ttaerefore, the targets for mixed flotation technology are low. Based on a focused research on separation condition of carbon, lead and zinc, and lheir reagent system, the new preferential flotation technology of the above mentioned ore in low - alkali pulp and the improvement to its local technological process have been put forward. The enlarged test in the beneficiation plant proves that the concentrate quality and recovery have been improved remarkably by adopting the proposed technology comparing with the original technology, which effectively solves the technical problems on low targets of mixed flotation. In addition, the good economical and social benefits have been obtained due to its better adaptability, low reagent consumption and outstanding energy - saving effect. The technology provides reliable technological data for develo- ping and utilizing carbon - containing lead - zinc polymetallic ores.
