摘要
公共文化服务是政府公共服务的重要组成部分。虽然政府及公共文化机构为群众提供了大量可供选择的公共文化服务方式,但还是无法满足群众公共文化生活需要。政府及公共文化机构应该顺应时代变化,把握群众公共文化需求的变化,转变自身文化职能,以实现政府公共文化服务角色的人本复归。
Public cultural service is an important part of the governments public services. The government and public cultural institutions have provided various kinds of public cultural services, but it＇s still unable to meet the needs of the people. The government and the public cultural institutions should adapt to the changes of the times, grasp the changes of people＇s public cultural demands, and change their own cultural functions in order to achieve the role of public cultural services.
