摘要 为确立黄连木嫁接育苗技术体系,实现黄连木早果丰产的标准化生产和便于推广应用,以黄连木实生苗和优良株系为试材,就春季不同嫁接方法和嫁接时期对黄连木嫁接苗成活率的影响进行了试验.结果表明:从春季黄连木苗嫁接时期看,以3月30日嫁接苗成活率最高,这可能与气温变化影响有关;4月10日苗木发芽后,枝条内含物单宁等浓度上升,影响嫁接芽的愈合能力,嫁接苗成活率也随之下降;从嫁接方法看,以插皮接为好,舌接和劈接次之;嫁接成活率最高为46%,最低为21%.研究为春季黄连木嫁接苗培育提供了技术参考. In order to establish the technology system of grafted seedlings in Pistacia chnensis Bunge,and to realize the standardized production of early fruit and high yield,as well as make the extension and application easier of P. chnensis Bunge,there was a research of the effects of different grafting methods and periods on the surviving rate of grafting of P. chinensis Bunge in spring,taking seedlings and superior strains as materials.The results showed that: The surviving rate of grafting on March 30~ was the highest in spring,which was probably associated with the influence of temperature changing.When plants began budding after April 10~,the increasing tannin in branches affected the healing ability of grafted buds,and the surviving rate of grafting declined.lnserting bark grafting was the best one among the different grafting methods,while tongue and splitting grafting were secondary;the highest surviving rate was 46% and the lowest was 21%.The research provide technical reference for cultivating grafting seedlings of P. chinensis Bunge in spring.
