摘要
要优化法律英语专业的课程设置,就要分析行业企业对法律英语专业学生的能力及素质的要求。依据需求分析,以先进的高职教育理念为指导,设计法律英语人才培养目标和模式,完善课程体系,正确处理基础课、理论课与实践课的关系,合理确定语言能力、法律能力、综合拓展能力课程的比例,是进行法律英语专业建设的必由之路。
To optimize the curriculum of legal English major, it＇s necessary to analyze the students＇ a- bility and quality requirements by legal industry or enterprises. According to the needs analysis, the only way to consummate vocational legal English major construction is to design the training target and pattern of legal English major, improve the whole course system, correctly handle the relationship between the basic courses, theoretical courses and practical courses, determine a reasonable proportion among the lan- guage ability courses, law capacity courses and comprehensive developing capacity courses.
