摘要
研究了混合稀土金属对连铸连轧生产的低氧光亮圆铜杆性能的影响 结果表明 ,添加微量稀土元素不仅能明显提高材料的延伸率 ,而且还提高了其导电性能 ,同时降低了材料中的氧含量 ,性能指标从原来的 2级品上升为 1级品 。
Effects of mixed RE metals on the properties of low oxygen cleaned round copper rods manufactered by continuous casting and rolling were studied.It shows that trace RE elements improve not only the elongation of the rods significantly but also the conductivity,meanwhile,reducing the oxygen contents in the material.In consequence,the product grade is raised from grade 2 to grade 1,and the final products are improved to higher grade.
