摘要
目前中国正经历大量农村劳动力向非农产业和城市转移的过程,不可避免会加剧农村劳动力结构失衡趋势.本文采用重庆市不同经济区巴南区和荣昌县2009年农村劳动力情况调查数据,对重庆市农村劳动力结构现状及其影响进行了实证分析.结果表明:重庆市不同经济区农村劳动力结构均严重失衡,农业劳动力老龄化、女性化、低素质化,外出劳动力职业结构失衡等问题突出,这将对农村土地利用,农业生产,农民工生活等各方面造成不利影响.对此应积极应对,并找到合理的解决措施.
At present,China is undergoing the process of a large number of rural labor forces transferring to non-agricultural industries and urban.It will inevitably aggravate the trend of rural labor structure imbalance.This paper analyzes the structure of the rural labor forces and its impact based on rural labor forces survey data in 2009 in different economic areas of Chongqing： Banan and Rongchang.The results show that the problems of structural imbalance of the rural labor forces are serious in the different economic zone of Chongqing.The issues of agricultural labor forces aging,feminine,low quality and the occupational structure imbalance of migrant workers are outstanding.This will adversely affect rural land use,agricultural production and migrant workers living.We should actively respond to it and find reasonable solutions.
