该大型卧式真空退火炉是用于钛、锆等稀有金属管材退火的设备,退火工件最长尺寸为16 m,是国内长度和容量最大的真空退火炉。本文着重介绍了该炉的技术性能、主要机构的设计、动作原理及其结构特点等。
This vacuum annealing furnace is used for annealing tubes of titanium,zirconium and other rare metals.It is the longest vacuum annealing furnace in China,with the maximum capacity and longest annealing dimension of 16m.The technical performance,the main mechanism design,action principle and structural characteristics,etc.of the annealing furnace were introduced.
