摘要
根据初轧模具钢轧制后退火处理的技术要求以及初轧厂现有的设备条件 ,对初轧缓冷坑热工状态进行了诊断 ;针对缓冷坑存在的问题进行了研讨 ,制订了具体的改造方案 ;同时进行了方案的实施 ,取得了良好的实际效果和经济效益。
The heat engineering state of the delayed cooling pit in the Blooming Mill is diagnosed according to the technical requirements of annealing treatment on the die steel and the practical condtions of the equipments in the Blooming Mill. In light of the problems existing in the delayed cooling pit a revamp plan is specifically drawn up. Satisfactory results and remarkable economical efficiencies have been achieved since the implementation of the plan.
