摘要
目的为使食管癌颈部吻合口瘘早期愈合,减轻患者的痛苦,缩短患者住院时间。方法对行食管癌根治术的75例中发生颈部吻合口瘘的8例患者,进行及早干预、加强心理护理、瘘口护理、营养支持等。结果本组8例患者颈部吻合口瘘均愈合良好。结论食管癌术后颈部吻合瘘,是常见的并发症。护理人员及早发现吻合口瘘的发生,是促进吻合口瘘早期愈合的前提。加强患者心理护理、营养支持、颈部瘘口护理等是吻合口瘘愈合的重要保证,并可以减轻痛苦,提高生活质量,缩短患者住院时间。
Objective To promote the healing of cervical anastomotic fistula,alleviate the suffering of patients and shorten the duration of hospitalization.Methods Among 75 patients who received esophageal carcinoma surgery,8 had cervical anastomotic fistula.They received early interventions such as strengthening of psychological nursing,the fistula nursing and nutritional support.Results All of the 8 patients with cervical anastomotic fistula healed well.Conclusion Cervical anastomosis fistula is the common complication of esophageal carcinoma surgery.Early detection of anastomotic fistula by nursing staff is essential to the healing of cervical anastomotic fistula.The psychological nursing,nutritional support and care are important to the recovery of cervical anastomotic fistula,which can also relieve suffering,improve life quality,and shorten the duration of hospitalization.
