摘要
目的探讨吸烟对老年人脉搏波传导速度(PWV)、颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)以及踝臂指数(ABI)的影响。方法对江苏省某区60岁以上常住老人1 659例进行随访调查研究,调查指标包括烟龄,男女吸烟比例等,同时对PWV、颈动脉IMT以及ABI等指标进行测定。结果 1 659例受访对象中男1 038例,女621例。而吸烟组478例,吸烟率为28.8%;吸烟组中男459例,吸烟率为44.2%,女19例,吸烟率为3.1%,男性明显多于女性,但男女烟龄无显著差异。与不吸烟组相比,吸烟组PWV出现不同程度的加快,颈动脉IMT也有增加趋势,ABI异常的检出率高于不吸烟组。结论该地区老年人群中男性吸烟者明显多于女性吸烟者,吸烟人群容易引起动脉硬化等心血管疾病。
Objective To study the effect of the pulse wave velocity（PWV） and carotid artery intima-media thickness（IMT） as well as ankle-brachial index（ABI） in aged people with smoking.Methods A total of 1659 people over 60 years who were residents from one area of Jiangsu Province were involved in the follow-up survey.The smoking history and proportion of male and female were taken as investigation indices.PWV and carotid artery IMT as well as ABI were determined.Results Among 1659 participants,1 038 were males and 621 females.The smoker group included 478 smokers with a smoking rate of 28.8%.In the smoker group,there were 459 males with a smoking rate of 44.2% and 19 females with a smoking rate of 3.1%.There were more males than females.There was no significant difference in terms of years they smoke.Compared with non-smoker group,the PWV of smokers speeded up with varying degrees and the carotid artery IMT showed an increasing trend.The detection rate of abnormal ABI was higher in the smoker group than in non-smoker group.Conclusion There are more male smokers than female smokers in this area.The smokers are easy to suffer from arteriosclerosis of cardiovascular diseases.
