摘要
采用大分子成炭发泡剂及改性的聚磷酸铵制备出新型的无卤高效膨胀阻燃剂,将该类阻燃剂成功应用于可光交联的聚乙烯电缆材料中,赋予聚乙烯电缆材料良好的力学性能、阻燃性能及电性能。复合材料的各项物理机械性能及阻燃性能指标,完全符合国家标准GB/T 12706-2008中对电力电缆交联聚乙烯绝缘材料的各项指标要求。
Using macromolecular char-foaming agent and modified ammonium polyphosphate, a new kind of high efficient intumescent flame retardants (IFRs) was been synthesized. When these IFRs were used in light cross-linked polyethylene cable materials, the mechanical properties, flame retardancy and electrical properties were enhanced significantly. The hybrid materials showed perfect physical and mechanical properties, which conformed to the national standard of GB/T 12706 -2008 for cross-linked polyethylene materials of power cables.
