摘要 采用实验室合成的1-丁烯/1-己烯共聚物(PBH)和杜邦的POE弹性体对聚丙烯进行增韧改性,研究了加入不同质量分数增韧剂对体系力学性能的影响,对二者的增韧效果进行了比较。通过偏光显微镜、扫描电镜、DSC表征了共混体系的相容性和结晶情况,探索共混体系的微观形态与材料性能的关系,加入相同量的POE与PBH,断裂伸长率和冲击强度的增幅相差不多,表明PBH具有与POE弹性体相近的增韧效果,但是拉伸强度比POE弹性体有一定幅度降低,随着增韧剂添加量的增加,冲击强度增加明显,弯曲强度下降。SEM结果表明,PBH在PP中的分散比POE要好,偏光显微镜照片表明,PBH比POE的破坏PP结晶的程度更大,晶粒尺寸更细。DSC结果表明,PBH可以使共混体系的熔点下降,结晶温度升高,对PP的结晶有明显的影响。 PP was toughed and modified by two different 1-hexane copolymer (PBH). the effects of different contents of copolymers POE elastomer and 1-butylene/ toughing agents on the mechanical properties of the system were investigated, and the toughening effects were compared. Compatibility and crystallity of composite were investigated by SEM, DSC and WAXD. The relationship of micro-morphology and material properties of the blends was investigated. With the same amount of POE and PBH, the increase rate of elongation at break and impact strength was almost the same, which indicated that PBH had similar toughing effect with POE elastomer, but the tensile strength decreased than that of the POE elastomer. The impact strength increased significantly while the bending strength decreased with the addition of toughing agent. SEM showed the PBH particles were better dispersed in PP matrix than POE. WAXD showed that PBH destroyed the crystallization of PP much harder than that of POE; the size of crystal particle was more even. DSC showed that introduction of PBH can increase crystalline temperature but decrease melting point, and effect of PBH on crystalline of PP was obviously.
