摘要
随着知识不断丰富和更新速度的不断加快,在对能力、技能等的要求不断提高的社会经济环境中,如何更有效地对职业人才进行培养,是职业教育培养模式中需要考虑的问题。通过对人力资本投资行为的经济学分析,以利率和利率变化趋势是作为判断最佳投资量的一种参照。职业教育机构应开发和设计出相应短周期的教育产品,以满足低利率背景下人力资本投资的需求。
As the accelerating speed of knowledge enriched and updated in increasing demands on the abilities and skills of the socio - economic environment, how to more effectively cultivate the professional talents is a problem to be considered in vocational education training model. By economic analysis on the behavior of the human capital investment, the conclusion is that the interest rate and the interest rate change tendency is one kind of reference in judgment on the best of investment amount. The vocational education institution should develop and design some short period of the educational products to meet the human capital investment demand under the background of low interest rate.
