摘要
为了进一步探索竹醋液复合硅对防治番茄叶霉病的作用效果。从室内研究了竹醋液复合硅、硅酸钠、竹醋液对番茄叶霉病菌(Fulviafulva(Cooke)Cifferri.)的影响,测定其对番茄叶霉病菌孢子萌发、菌丝生长及产孢量的抑制效果。结果表明:随着浓度的增加,对番茄叶霉病菌抑制作用增加。其中通过对菌丝生长、孢子萌发,产孢量的回归分析表明,竹醋液复合硅主要影响番茄叶霉病的产孢量从而达到对该病的抑制效果,并且抑制效果要高于硅酸钠、竹醋液的处理。
The inhibition effect of bamboo vinegar reunited silicon on leaf mold of tomato was studied indoors by testing spore germination rate, hyphae diameter and sporulation quantity. The results showed that the inhibition was strengthened with the increase in the concentrations of bamboo vinegar reunited silicon. Then it showed that it mainly influenced sporulation quantity of Fulvia fulva Cooke. Cifferri so as to achieve the inhibition effect.
