摘要 介绍了一种基于XC878单片机为核心的无感无刷电机控制硬件软件控制系统,主回路功率器件采用场效应管,IR2103驱动,PWM斩波方式实现调速功能,该实现方案硬件电路简单可靠,软件编程易于实现。文章阐述了BLDC的启动换相原理,并对启动过程着重进行了研究,分析了启动算法机理,提出了一种加速曲线算法。该算法下电机能快速可靠地启动。 A control system of BLDC based on XC878 was presented in this paper. The main power circuit adopted MOS and drive circuit consisted of IR2103. PWM modulation was used to change the speed, the hardware circuit of the design was simple and reliable, also the software was easy to receive. Besides the paper discussed the principle of start process and commutation, analysed the start process and the algorithm in detail, the motor can quickly and reliably finish the start process. At last the results of motor test were showed in the paper.
