摘要
利用ZMOLD软件,模拟熔体在充填过程中熔接线不同区域的温度场、剪切速率场的分布,对不同区域双折射行为的影响。结果表明,在嵌件的不同距离,沿厚度方向温度分布的差异和剪切速率的变化,导致了完全不同的双折射行为。为进一步认识熔接线区域的取向、残余应力等微观特征提供了一定理论依据和试验基础。
The melt in the filling process was simulated by using ZMOLD software including the temperature field and shear rate distribution of weld line area in different regions. The results showed that at a distance from the insert, the temperature distribution difference and shear rate change along the thickness direction, which lead to a completely different brief- ringent behavior. These provide some theoretieal basis and experimental base for us further understanding of weld line region orientation, residual stress and microscopic characteristics.
