环氧氯丙烷活化甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯-苯乙烯共聚球状珠体及其在固定青霉素酰化酶中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 合成了甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯-苯乙烯共聚球状珠体,并对环氧氯丙烷活化该球状珠体的条件进行了研究.结果表明,在反应温度为37.5℃、NaOH浓度为1.2mol/L、反应时间24h的条件下,珠体的活化度可以达到2000μmol/g.将该珠体用作固定化酶载体的初步研究表明,固定青霉素酰化酶的活力可达360U/g(干重)。 Copolymers of 2-hydroethyl methylate and styrene were synthesized by means ofsuspension polymerization and activated with epoxyl chloropropane. The factors such as NaOHconcentration, reaction time, temperature and epoxyl chloropropane conceniration were optimized. The oxirane content could reach 2000 μmol/g under the optimum conditions (37.5℃,1.2 mol/L NaoH and 24 hours of reaction time). Penicillin acylase could be immobilized on thecarriers with the activity of 360 U/g (dry weight). The relationship between content of oxiraneand activity of immobilized peniciilin acylase enzyme were also discussed.
