招商引资,改善了昆明的基础设施,优化了昆明的环境。通过招商引资,昆明在城市形象提升、资金吸纳、产业结构调整、促进就业等方面都取得了长足进展。昆明彰显出建设面向西南开放重要桥头堡的优势。然而,在招商引资过程中也出现了"招来女婿赶走儿"的现象,因此,昆明着力改进招商引资模式,实行"内培外引"模式促进本土企业"二次创业";促进昆明经济和谐发展。
Attracting investments has improved Kunming＇s infrastructure and optimized Kunming＇s environment.By attracting investments,Kunming has made significant progress in areas like city image＇s promotion, capital attraction, industrial structure adjustment and job creation.Kunming has shown the advantage of building the important gateway in China＇s opening up to the southwest. However, the phenomenon of ＂inviting the son-in-law while driving away one＇s own son＂ turned up in the course of attracting investments, therefore, Kunming has strived to improve its mode of attracting investments by implementing the mode of ＂fostering local businesses and attracting outside investments＂, so as to boost local enterprises＂ ＂second venture＂ and promote the harmonious development of Kunming＇s economy.
