摘要
目的探讨消毒供应中心采取细节管理对防止职业危害的作用。方法分析各个岗位工作流程及质量标准,按细节管理要求进行针对性完善,强调执行的落实。结果无一人发生血源性传播性疾病。结论采取有效防护措施,保证了医护人员的健康,为临床提供更优质的服务。
Objective To explore the effect of details management in sterilization and supply center for occupational hazards. Methods Analyzed the work flow of every position and quality standards, then improved them respectively according to the requirements of details management, and emphasized the importance of implementation. Results No occurrrence of blood-borne transmission diseases is found. Conclusion Effective protections could ensure the health of the medical staff, and provide better clinical services.
