摘要
以襄樊汉江三桥变宽段现浇连续箱梁施工为依托,针对实际地质情况,详细介绍了膺架法在现浇箱梁支架施工中的应用,以常用的贝雷片作为主要承重构件,对基础、临时墩、贝雷梁等的设计与施工进行了深入总结。所施工的箱梁线形符合设计要求,混凝土外观表面平整。通过对支架的卸载体系进行技术创新,即对底模和翼缘板下的支架采用不同的卸载方法,进而可以使翼缘板模板及支撑架顺利地整体滑移,大大提高了模板的周转效率。
The application of corbelling method in construction of cast-in-place continuous box girders was introduced in this paper,with the Third Xiangfan Hanjiang River Bridge as an demonstrating example.Considering the actual geological conditions,common bailey support was used as the main bearing member.The design and construction method for foundations,temporary piers and bailey girders were summarized.After the construction,the outline of the box girders was checked to meet the design requirements and the concrete surfaces are smooth.Technological innovations were introduced for the support unloading system by using different unloading methods for bottom formwork and support under the flange.In this way,the flange formwork and the support can slip together,and the turnover rate of the formwork can be increased.
