摘要
采用挤压铸造工艺制备出复合良好的K2 O·6TiO2 (W) /ZA2 7合金复合材料 ,对该复合材料的微观组织、界面微观结构、界面反应等进行了研究。结果表明 ,该复合材料基体组织中K2 O·6TiO2 (W ) 晶须分布均匀 ,界面结合良好。分析讨论了挤压铸造温度对K2 O·6TiO2 (W ) /ZA2 7合金复合材料界面反应的影响条件 。
The interfacial microstructure and reaction of K 2O·6TiO 2(W) /ZA27 alloy composite by means of squeeze casting was investigated in this paper.The results showed that K 2O·6TiO 2(W) /ZA27 alloy composite with uniform distribution of K 2O·6TiO 2 whisker and having well bonded interface could be obtained.Influences of squeeze casting temperature on interface reaction of K 2O·6TiO 2(W) /ZA27 alloy composites had been analyzed and discussed.The growing mechanism and the condition of interface reaction between K 2O·6TiO 2 whisker and ZA27 matrix alloy was proposed.
