摘要 探讨大载荷螺旋弹簧的一种设计方法。通过采用MATLAB优化算法,对螺旋弹簧的丝径、节距、中径三个因素反复迭代,实现弹簧刚度、应力等方面的优化。还系统地介绍了该优化算法所涉及到的Hessian矩阵,以及其在该设计方法中的应用。最后,得到较为详细的设计流程和大载荷螺旋弹簧的设计结果。 This essay mainly told about the design method of the heavy load coil spring, optimized the line di- ameter , mid--diameter,etc via the method of MATLAB software, and in the end , made the kinematic and stress are optimized. The Hessian Matrix which involved in the method and the application of the matrix during the design also are introduced. Finally, the process of the spring design and also the design result of the heavy load coil spring are got.
