摘要
当前,图书馆公共文化服务存在着制度供应不足、制度的专业性缺失、制度的发展性及竞争力缺乏问题。图书馆应致力于完善公共文化服务的制度建设,加强制度设计的专业性;引入竞争机制,区分公共文化服务的生产者和提供者,以提高公共文化服务的供给效率;加强图书馆职业准入制度建设,提升图书馆公共文化服务的水平和效率。
At present, there are many problems in the library public cultural service system, such as the inadequate supply, lack of the professionalism, lack of the development and competitiveness. Libraries should be committed to improving the system construction of the public cultural service, and strengthen the professionalism of the system design; introduce the competition mechanism, and distinguish producers and providers of the public cultural service, in order to improve the supply efficiency of the public cultural service; strengthen the construction of the library professional access system, and enhance the level and efficiency of the library public cultural service.
