摘要
自然规律是自然生成的,而技术规律则是人工生成的。技术规律在人工创造的严格特殊的条件下生成,在人工自然物质的生成、运动和发展中,在人为建立的联系中生成,因而技术规律具有不依赖于人的意志但依赖于人的活动的人工性特点。技术规律的人工生成为技术的无限发展提供了可能,但也成为技术风险产生的深层根源。
Abstract：Law of nature is naturally generated, but law of technology is artificially generated. Law of technology is generated by man-made strict and special conditions, in artificial matter＇s generation.movement and development, and by the artificial connections of matters, there- fore, law of technology is unrelated to men＇s will and spirit but closely to their activities. The artificial generation for law of technology provides possibilities for the endless development of technology, or it may become the deep root of technology risks.
