摘要
近年来,各类技能比赛层出不穷,最受中职学校重视的莫过于每年上半年进行的省级技能比赛和6月中下旬进行的全国职业院校技能大赛。各中职学校认真备赛,一方面是为了在大赛中取得好成绩,提高学校知名度和社会声誉,甚至得到主管部门的资金奖励;更重要的一方面,是通过技能比赛和兄弟院校进行交流,使自己的专业建设更加成熟,人才培养模式更加适应行业企业的用人标准。
In recent years, all kinds of skills competition emerge in endlessly. The most important competition for secondary school is the provincial skills competitions in the first half of the year and the national vocational college skills contest in late June. The secondary vocational school earnestly compare it, on the one hand, to get good grades in the competition, improve school awareness and social reputation, and even get the cash incentives of competent department; on the other hand, to exchange with other vocational colleges through the skills competition, make specialty construction more mature, talent training mode more adapt to industry and enterprises employing standard.
