摘要
为了研究西番莲提取物在卷烟加料中的应用,采用有氧裂解在不同的温度下对西番莲提取物进行裂解,最大可能地模拟真实卷烟燃烧条件和工况,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GS-MS)对裂解后产物进行分析。结果发现裂解后产生大量的香气物质如:醛类、酮类、酯类等,这些物质对改善卷烟的香气和吸味有一定的作用。
The extractive of passionflower was pyrolysed under oxidative atmospheres at different temperatures,in order to investigate the application of extractive of passionflower in cigarette feed,and the burning conditions and working condition of natural cigarette were possibly simulated,and the pyrolysates products were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that there were many aroma pyrolysates after pyrolysis,such as aldehydes,ketones and esters,and these compounds had the certain effect on improvement of aroma and smoke flavor of cigarette.
