摘要
从菜籽油的结构、组成及理化性质出发,综述了菜籽油在物理、化学、基因方面的改性,重点介绍了化学改性中菜籽油的硫酸化、氧化亚硫酸化、羟基磷酸化、酰胺化、醇解、酯交换、极压元素改性与酶催化的制备方法和机理,阐述了改性菜籽油在皮革加脂剂中的应用及生物降解性的研究现状,并展望了基因技术、分子设计、超声波技术及纳米技术等在改性菜籽油加脂剂方面的研究前景。
The structure, composition and physicochemical properties of rapeseed oil were been basis. The modification of physical, chemical, and genetically was reviewed. The preparation method and mechanism of modified rapeseed oxidised - sulphitation, hydroxy - phosphorylation, amidation, alcoholysis, ester exchange, enzyme - catalyzed oil via sulfation, were introduced. The application in leather fatliquor and biological degradation of the research present situation were briefly introduced. The modification of rapeseed oil fatliquor via gene technology, molecular design, ultrasonic technology and nanotechnology were introduced.
